Sean is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy. In this role, he works closely with corporate leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and stakeholder engagement. He also partners with senior executives across ±¬ÁϹ«Éç to evaluate and execute strategic transactions and ±¬ÁϹ«Éç’ overall corporate strategy. Sean joined ±¬ÁϹ«Éç in 2017 and most recently served as its Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, leading the firm’s global activities related to mergers and acquisitions. In this role, Sean worked with executives across ±¬ÁϹ«Éç to advise on and lead more than 50 acquisitions, representing the deployment of more than $1.7 billion of capital, in addition to other strategic transactions, including the spin-off of Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCSI). Before joining ±¬ÁϹ«Éç, Sean was an attorney at the law firm Proskauer Rose in New York City, where he was a member of the firm’s Sports Group and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. He has also worked at Comcast’s NBC Sports Group. Sean holds law and business degrees from the University of North Carolina.
